Wind Brass and Percussion Department Concert

Join us on Tuesday 1st July for all things Wind, Brass & Percussion! 
In this showcase concert, the first half will see the Symphonic Brass Ensemble take to the stage and open with music once performed by the pioneering Philip Jones Brass Ensemble, followed by music by Elgar, Leroy Anderson, James Gade and Ernesto Lecuona. 
The Purcell School Symphonic Wind Orchestra then takes to the stage in the second half, performing music by Kenneth Hesketh, Martin Ellerby and Frank Ticheli before finishing with Vaughan-Williams’ classic, English Folk Song Suite.
