We are very pleased to welcome Roger Benedict to take a masterclass with our viola students.
Roger Benedict is an acclaimed British/Australian conductor who works with leading professional orchestras in Australasia. He is currently Chief Conductor of the Sydney Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra and Artistic Director of Orchestra for Life.
He is highly regarded for his work with emerging artist programs such as the Sydney Symphony Fellowship Program, which he led for 20 years, and for his commitment to community and outreach work.
As a viola player he has had a distinguished career as soloist, orchestral principal and chamber musician, and has earned a reputation as an inspiring and insightful pedagogue.

The masterclass is free to attend but donations to a retiring collection will be gratefully received.
