On 17th December 2016 in the Barbican Hall, sixth former and violinist Olivia Ziani performed in a Side by Side project with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (RCO) as part of their acclaimed RCO meets Europe concert tour.
The RCO will visit all of the 28 member states of the European Union, and in each country will perform one opening work side by side with a local youth orchestra. Olivia was one of 35 musicians from the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain who were invited to take part in this inspiring and important performance.
