Tomorrow’s music starts with you today.
Now, more than ever, we need to support the futures of our young musicians. The arts have been repeatedly and systemically undervalued in education. We are taking urgent action to defend and expand access to arts education for all young people, regardless of their financial circumstances.
It is organisations like The Purcell School that are the lifeblood of creative education and the pipeline that feeds world-class stages and regional economies. Support us today and invest in the future of the arts.
“Being awarded a full scholarship at the Purcell school enabled me to study without the heavy financial worries that would otherwise have been overwhelming.”
Supporting a Scholar
A handful of our students receive significant financial support from donors which provides them with a prestigious title. In return, the donor has a scholar named after their support and receives regular updates on their progress. To discuss supporting a scholar, please contact Chris Harbour, Director of Development, via the details below.
“My time at The Purcell School would simply not have been possible without financial support…I remain deeply grateful to the trusts whose generosity made it possible.”
Corporate Support
We have a number of opportunities for organisations to sponsor various events within the school calendar, including our showcase concerts and masterclasses throughout the year. Organisations or groups also have the opportunity to select The Purcell School as their preferred or nominated charity.
“It is no exaggeration to say that The Purcell School ‘made’ me. My seven years there shaped me as a musician, and as a person.”
