Ruth Faber Harp Masterclass

We are delighted to welcome Ruth Faber to take a masterclass with our students.

Ruth Faber is one of the UK’s most experienced and proficient harpists. She studied at the Guildhall School of Music and later at the Royal College of Music where she gained her ARCM. 

Ruth has performed as a soloist all over the world and with the UK’s finest orchestras.

Before moving to Bath, Ruth was resident harpist at Harrods and Principal Harpist of the Royal Ballet Sinfonia.

Teaching is an important part of Ruth’s life; she currently teaches at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Junior Guildhall, Wells Cathedral School, Bristol and Bath Spa Universities.

Ruth’s corporate clients have included Pirelli, Jaguar, Christian Dior, Wedgwood, British Airways and P&O Cruises. Ruth has also been honoured to play for Her Majesty The Queen, Prince Philip, The Duchess of Gloucester and the late Queen Mother.
