Emma Bantock is Director of Operations and Deputy Bursar, bringing over 20 years experience in education, in which she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the School’s operational and support services. In her role, Emma leads and oversees the school’s non-teaching functions, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to maintain high standards of service delivery across estates, facilities, health & safety, catering and housekeeping, administration and compliance, all in support of the School’s mission and enhancing day-to-day life.

Emma brings considerable experience in organisational leadership, operational management and strategic planning to her work. She is committed to fostering an efficient, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors alike, and contributes actively to the School’s continual improvement of its systems and support services.

Outside of her professional life, Emma enjoys cycling, running and keeping fit. Her passion for an active lifestyle mirrors her energetic and proactive approach to her work at Purcell.
