Visas for Overseas studentsThe Purcell School welcomes pupils from all over the world and is proud of its international outlook.
All pupils living outside the UK, EU or EEA need a visa from the UK Border Agency (UKBA) to study at The Purcell School. This must be obtained by the pupil's family in the home country before the student begins their studies at the school. The latest information on studying in the UK is to be found on the website of the UK Border Agency. Please ensure that you have read this information before making your application. The Purcell School holds a ‘Highly Trusted Sponsorship Licence’ under Tier 4. This means that we can provide a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) sponsorship number for you to use when applying for your visa. Full details of the visa process can be found in the document Obtaining a Visa (see Downloads on the right). You will also need to download and complete the Visa Sponsorship Form and return it to the school. If you have any queries about the visa process, please contact the Headmaster's PA, Mrs Gail Remfry (g.remfry@purcell-school.org). Please note that all documentation must be returned by 31 May in the year of entry to enable us to process it in time for the new school year in September. |
