Timothy Blinko was Bliss Composition Scholar at the Royal College of Music, Junior Professor then Head of the JD Musicianship Faculty. He lectured for Birkbeck College before joining Hertfordshire University, becoming Head of Music, then Professor of Music. He has many published works, CD recordings and broadcasts on TV, radio and internationally. His three-movement work, Sculptures, has been played by the leading quartets in the world and he composed the music for the ‘World’s Most Relaxing Room,’ which became a global news story of the week.
